Robert Sweeney joined the EAC in January 2017 as a staff associate. Before the EAC, Robert worked as a policy and program analyst in the fields of higher education and workforce training. He has held positions at a community college, a higher education association and with several government contractors. Robert has done analysis of issues as diverse as school eligibility for student aid, workforce training, community college student outcomes and finances, student loan default rates, and higher education funding and finances.
