This blog is an effort to keep everyone informed of the progress of voting systems that are in the EAC’s Testing and Certification Program.
ClearVote 1.5: Project Manager – Brian Hancock; VSTL – Pro V&V
Test Report Rev. A was received on December 21, 2018. Due to the shutdown, the EAC was unable to begin its review until Monday, January 28, 2019. The EAC provided a response to Pro V&V on February 4, 2019, and is awaiting Rev. B from Pro V&V and updated TDP documents from Clear Ballot.
Unisyn OpenElect 2.1: Project Manager – Jerome Lovato; VSTL – Pro V&V
The application was approved on Friday, February 8, 2019.
ES&S EVS 6.0.4.0 (Modification): Project Manager – Ryan Macias; VSTL – SLI Compliance
Test Plan Rev. 2.0 was received on December 21, 2018. Due to the shutdown, the EAC was unable to begin its review until Monday, January 28, 2019. The EAC provided a response to SLI on February 4, 2019, and is awaiting Rev. 2.1 from SLI.
Hart Verity Voting 2.3: Project Manager – Jerome Lovato; VSTL – SLI Compliance
The test report was submitted on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 and is being reviewed by the EAC.
Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite 5.5-A: Project Manager – Ryan Macias; VSTL – Pro V&V
Dominion received a Final Grant of Certification on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
