Program Summary
The Denver Elections Division's Confined Voting Program first launched in 2016, as a first of its kind program to facilitate participation for eligible electors who were incarcerated within the City and County of Denver. As a response to an ever-changing Elections Administration landscape, the Denver Elections Division implemented significant program expansion elements to better serve the needs of confined voters.
