Curbside Ballot Pickup Program
Arapahoe County began offering appointments for curbside ballot pickup at six of its polling centers during the 2020 elections. The process allowed voters to schedule a time to pick up their mail ballot. Staff delivered the ballot packages to voters in their vehicles and advised on options for returning the ballots. Voters who used the service were ecstatic to have this efficient and simple option, and elections staff were pleased to be able to help voters safely cast their vote. The program was also successful in that no positive COVID cases were reported in connection to Arapahoe County’s Recorder’s Office or any of its polling centers.
