HUBS Work Groups
In January 2021, Board of Elections leadership launched a work structure promoting collaboration as a core agency value. The “Helping Us Be Successful” concept aimed to create a work group structure where action moves in and out of each area of responsibility. The board created 13 election administration HUBS, each a collaborative group whose contributors plan, develop, and manage an identified election subject or program. The HUBS structure gives definition to the mechanics of the agency and ensure continuation of organizational intelligence. The elections administration HUBS were provided with a starter guide containing meeting guidelines and standard tasks and have since accomplished many meaningful tasks.
