ESTEP Manual
The Election Supporting Technology Evaluation Program (ESTEP) Manual establishes the minimum requirements for participation in the Election Supporting Technology Evaluation Program (ESTEP). Participation is voluntary, but if manufacturers wish to participate, then they must conform to the manual's procedural requirements.
