Public Meeting & Roundtable

The Commission hosted a public meeting and a roundtable. First they considered 2006 EAVS; an amendment to EAC policy on the voting system reports clearinghouse; individual State requests to change State-specific instructions to the national voter registration form; and year end reports. The roundtable discussion focused on 5 subjects including risk, innovation, methodologies, verification and evaluation.

After the Public Meeting, the EAC hosted a roundtable discussion about the next iteration of the voluntary voting system guidelines, which were drafted by the Technical Guidelines Development Committee. The roundtable discussion was open to the public.
