Grants Lifecycle Application System (GLAS)

The Grants Lifecycle Application System (GLAS) is the EAC’s platform to award and manage HAVA grants. GLAS was custom-built for the EAC and is designed to strengthen the efficiency and consistency of the EAC’s federal award management processes.

The EAC launched GLAS in October 2023 to provide a comprehensive, user-friendly tool for award and grants management and to improve the integrity of our financial and programmatic data. GLAS is based on the Appian platform and provides flexibility, customization, and a unified user experience to reduce the administrative burden for both grantees and the EAC. GLAS replaced GrantSolutions as the EAC award management system.
