General Grants Requirements
The EAC requires all grantees to submit financial reports and narrative progress reports for each open HAVA grant. All HAVA grant reports must be submitted electronically to the EAC via the Grants Lifecycle Application System (GLAS). Reports are submitted on a quarterly or semi-annual basis depending on the grant program.
More information about grant-specific reporting periods and deadlines can be found here.
Additional GLAS information and resources can be found here.

Federal Financial Reports (FFRs)
The EAC has a custom Federal Financial Report form that is unique to the agency. FFR data is cumulative and covers the full performance period from the start of the grant. Depending on the grant program, FFRs are submitted on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.
