Each state and territory administers elections differently. For each state, you will find links to information including the state election office, local election office directory, information about registering to vote and updating your registration, checking your registration status, and options to cast a ballot. The EAC provides summary information pulled from state websites. Voters must verify summary information through linked state and local sources to ensure registration information and timelines are up-to-date.

Registration Deadline
8 days before Election Day by mail and online*

*Last day for an individual to submit a voter registration application and still receive a ballot in the mail before the election. Voters may register through Election Day in Colorado. If you miss the above deadline, you may register in-person at a voter service and polling center in your county through Election Day.
