This ECO adds a Dell OptiPlex XE4 device as a COTS DesignStation and CountStation to ClearVote 2.3 due to the end of production life status for the current model (Dell Optiplex XE3). This minor change does not adversely impact system reliability, functionality, capability, safety, security, or operation. Based on the information provided, it has been determined that no further testing is necessary.
