Short Description of Changes
1. Add "Assembled in USA" labeling
2. Add cord wrap hooks to side of cart.
3. Intro config without ballot bin, filler replaces bin.
4. Add brackets to PPM shelf and foot tabs.
5. Replace wheel channel bolts.
6. Create bolt on foot tab bracket kits.
