CISA and the EAC Release Guide to Help Election Officials Apply Communication Best Practices to Election Infrastructure Security
Today, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) announced the release of the “Enhancing Election Security Through Public Communications Guide,” a guide for state, local, tribal, and territorial election officials who are the primary sources of official information about elections.

Short Description of Changes
ECO-01649 accommodate the following:
- The End-of-Life notice of the Brother PJ-723 thermal printer used within the Verity Touch Writer Duo series of devices. The product model is replaced with an equivalent model, the PJ-823.
- The End-of-Life notice of the Advantech CFast card used within all Verity devices. The 16GB model is no longer manufactured and is being replaced with the equivalent 32GB model from the same manufacturer.
- The Touch Writer Duo Printer Bracket plastic is updated to improve assembly during manufacturing.
