Registration Deadline — Wisconsin municipal clerks will accept this application only as a request for their own absentee voter mail-in registration form or for the purposes of the clerk directing that voter to the state’s online voter registration system at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/. You need to fill in only Box 1 and Box 2 or 3 or go directly to the MyVote website.
